    Perfect Location

    Beautiful and welcoming property just outside Monte San Vito, in an excellent position to visit the attractions of the coast and inland. Large garden well placed in a pleasant rural setting. The B&B often hosts quality cultural and recreational initiatives. You will be in the heart of the production area of Marche extra virgin olive oil, in a area rich in food and wine excellences.

    Excellent Breakfast

    Great hospitality, well-kept rooms and common areas, relax, located in the countryside among olive treea. Very close to the nice town and services, just a few km from the sea. Excellent breakfast with local products.

    I felt like at home

    Very cozy farmhouse that let you enjoy the beautiful views of the Marche hills. The rooms are beautifully decorated by the expert hands of the owner who make you feel at home.

    A fantastic place

    A fantastic place, fairy, cared in details, warm and welcoming. You will see how nice it will be to start the day with the breakfast on the deck, in front of the garden. Excellent and local homemade food. It is not a normal B&B: I visited this place many times and I always felt at home, thanks to the fantastic and kind people who run it.
